The original area where I saw the issue, post installation of the mod. The ice is correctly not shaped into the boat shape and the boat is correctly resting on the ocean floor.
A huge Shipwreck generated into seagrass in a deep ocean
The generation allows flora to generate onto the shipwrecks and for the shipwreck generation to ignore flora so they can rest exactly where they are generated.
The Vanilla Minecraft Issue that Spawned this mod
