Make phantom membranes craftable!

No more waiting for phantoms to spawn or intentionally avoiding sleep just to get phantom membranes. Adding a balanced crafting recipe would make them much easier to obtain while keeping survival gameplay more convenient and less dependent on random mob spawns.
