1 Download and install Minecraft Forge
2 Download mod and put it into %minecraft_folder%/mods/

Recommended to use NEI or JEI for better experience.

Follow this 7 steps to summon mob:

Kill a mob and collect dropped item
Die and collect soul at place where you died
Mine bluestone and craft template
Craft spawn egg template from template and chicken egg
Craft soul extractor
Put ingredient (item dropped from mob) to left-up slot, put bluestone to left-down slot and put soul to right-up slot. Wait some time and then collect soul.
Craft spawn egg from mobs soul and spawn egg template. All!
