Crafting Continuum: This solves the common problem of having a messy inventory when crafting. It would add a "persistent crafting grid." You could start a recipe, close the table, and the items would stay in the grid. When you open any crafting table later, the recipe will still be there, ready for you to craft. It's a simple, elegant fix for when you're crafting complex items in batches.
