Compact Gearshift

A Create addon adding the Smart Gearshift block — a compact transmission that takes kinetic rotation in and outputs it multiplied by a configurable gear ratio.

Features

• Configurable gears — up to 10 forward and 10 reverse gears, each with its own custom ratio, editable live in the block's GUI.
• Manual shifting — shift up/down buttons directly in the GUI.
• Redstone Link shifting — assign frequencies (just like Create's own Redstone Link) to shift up or down remotely, no wires needed.
• Direct redstone shifting (optional, off by default) — power the block's left face to shift down, right face to shift up. Works with any plain redstone signal, including Drive-by-Wire contraption controls.
• JEI support — drag items straight from JEI onto the frequency slots to set them.

Requirements

• NeoForge 1.21.1
• Create 6.0.0 + (only tested on 6.0.10)
• JEI (optional, for drag-and-drop frequency setting)

Crafting

Craft it with a Sturdy Sheet, two Precision Mechanisms, two Redstone Links, a Gearbox, two Brass Sheets, and an Electron Tube.
