Update to Create 0.5.1j
a fix from the changelog of the Create update
- "Fixed crash when recipes contain invalid fluid ingredients (IThundxr)"
with that, CMF no longer requires Create enchantment industry in 0.8.1

Changes -
- Restructured coding/files so fluids/fluid types/liquid blocks are in one file
- Restructured coding/files so items/bucket items are in one file
- buckets now work correctly with create fluid tanks/basins
- file size is cut by almost half due to putting all the code for custom fluids into one file, this however makes it easier for me to add more fluids in the future.
