Mobs:
- Creeper's explosion radius has been nerfed.
- Creeper changes speed depending on distance to target.

- Charcoal can now be made via blasting.

- Changed the recipes for: flint & steel, crafting table, & furnace.
Bug fixes:
- Fixed mob's health not being the same as their max health when they spawned.
