Create: More Mixing

Mobs:

• Creeper's explosion radius has been nerfed.
• Creeper changes speed depending on distance to target.

Items:

• Steel has been added.
• Steel tools have been added.
• Steel armor has been added.
• Crushed coal and charcoal have been added.

Blocks:

• Coal ore and Nether coal ore drop more than previously.

Other:

• Charcoal can now be made via blasting.
• Coal chunks require 9 chunklettes instead of the previous 4 to make.
• Coal requires 9 chunks instead of the previous 4 to make.
• Changed the recipes for: flint & steel, crafting table, & furnace.
