Create: Physical Batteries adds a mechanical backup system for overstressed kinetic networks.

Batteries store spare SU by lifting a block as a weight. When the network can no longer meet its stress demand, the weight lowers and supplies the missing SU. Different battery tiers (Andesite, Brass, Ultimate Battery) increase stored SU and output rate.

Capacitometers and Galvanomets provide clear monitoring through the entire network.
