Create Slice and Dice: Growth Accelerator

"Create Slice and Dice" sprinklers now will accelerate the growth of crops underneath them. Water for normal crops and lava for netherwart.

I have been designing a modpack and I wanted a more compact and efficient farm for blaze cakes so I decided to change the functionality of sprinklers to work similar to the watering cans from ExDeorum.

Features:

Water: Speeds up crop growth beneath it, this includes crops like sugarcane, cactus and bamboo which are not effected by bone meal.

Lava: Speeds up netherwart growth on soul sand.
