Staff of Peace no longer tames creatures that are already tamed (no pet stealing)

Added the Evil Staff of Peace (pet stealing is back!!!)

Fixed Warden Achievements not being obtainable

Salrahn should no longer spawn in the water

Kriprik Teeth can be crafted into bonemeal

Attacking creatures with ranged weapons should no longer give the attacker negative side effects
