Added support for Farmer's Delight 1.2.9
Added a check for the tool that's being held in the player's main hand. This makes it possible to use cutting recipes that don't use knifes.
Added a cutting board that opens a menu when you click on it while it contains an item. As this is still an alpha version, there will be a lot of bugs.
