What items do (spoiler):

  • Leg: Passively applies the Resistance effect. When [PCM] is pressed, it throws the character several blocks up.

  • Lungs: Passively applies the “Speed” effect and also allows you to breathe underwater. When [PCM] is pressed, they release air, dealing damage to nearby mobs.

  • Heart: Passively applies the “Regeneration” effect. Pressing [PCM] activates a level 3 Regeneration effect for 5 seconds.
