DeathQuitFix

A simple mod that fixes the death screen's quit button by adding code from the pause menu's button. By that I mean the code that increases the LeaveGame stat by 1 and sends a leave packet to the server (if you're in one). This explains why, in the vanilla game, leaving a server using the death screen button causes the player to be locked off (username already logged in) because the server doesn't know that they left.

This may only be useful for playing on servers.
