If you want to battle a large number of diverse modified mobs, then this mod is for you!
What is Sky Arena?
Sky Arena adds structures to the game where you can test your strength and see how far you can go.
Currently, there are 2 arenas:
- Over the desert (Sky Arena)
- Over snowy biomes (Ice Arena)
To find them, create a Crimson Eye and an Eye of Ice, respectively.
Battle:
Upon finding the arena, you will see a block in the center that looks like an obsidian sword.
Activate it to start the battle.
Many enemies will appear in the arena, including mobs from other mods.
After defeating the enemies, you can click on the Altar of Battle again to receive a reward.
As a reward, you will receive a Key; use it on any empty chest to fill it with loot.
Difficulty:
You can start battles an infinite number of times.
With each victory, the difficulty level will increase.
Over time, more elite monsters will appear, and their numbers will grow.
After a certain difficulty level, the number of monsters will stop increasing, but their stats will begin to grow.
Features:
- Music Disc: Use a Music Disc on the Altar of Battle to set the music that will play during the fight.
- Netherite Ingot: You can use a Netherite Ingot on the Altar of Battle to reset the difficulty level.
- Trophies: For completing 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100 difficulty levels, you will receive trophies. They not only look cool but also provide buffs when used.
- Defeat: You will lose, and the mobs will disappear if you leave the arena or die.
While creating the mod, I was inspired by Integrated Dungeons and Structures. I thought, why not use mobs from other mods in new ways, adapting them to fresh challenges, and giving them a second life?
The mod is fully configurable:
Spoiler
You can add new types of arenas and configure them individually.
You can customize:
- The list of mobs and their cost
- Starting points from which mobs are summoned
- Point increase per difficulty level
- Arena radius
- Stat growth rate
- Reward given
- And much more!
A more detailed description of the config setup can be found in the Discord or Wiki.
