preemptive release for 1.21.4
Updated for 1.21.3. Now fully uses minimessage. Added sponsor chat tags.
Now uses "minimessage" formatting, with chat tags and their shortened versions separated into 2 different tags.
First Stable Release
Reformatted code, now uses hashmaps instead of variables to replace chat tags.
