a simple mod to autologin on servers using authme's new dialog login gui

this is not a completed mod. expect bugs with custom dialogs that are not authme.

setup tutorial:

• install the mod
• open the config via mod menu
• add your servers (dont leave empty entries)
• format: '<server ip as shown in server list>/<password>' (example: 'play.example.com/Password1'
• custom dialogs WILL interfere with this, will be fixed in next version
• please ignore the non-completed titles of the config page, will be added next version
