Dimension A: Resource World

Fixed an issue where placing a new teleporter inside of dimension alpha took the player to bedrock in the overworld. It will now attempt to place the teleport pad in a suitable location.

Added new custom teleporter model/texture

Updated endstone and netherrack ore textures
