- Fixes a crash due to 1.21.11 removing jackson stuff

I'll probably maintain this as long as 1.21.1 is popular. I'm not publishing a Fabric build since I haven't tested how dependencies are affected and most users on 1.21.1 are on NeoForge anyways for Create or something.
