In the "True Power, part 1" update:
Attention! Before installing the update, I recommend clearing your inventory to avoid missing items and problems with attributes.
General:
- Fragments of the Ancients - Radiant and Dire, have appeared in the world:
- To join/change sides, you must find the corresponding crystal of one of the Ancients located throughout the Overworld.
- The player will not be able to leave the side after joining, only change.
- The player can change sides no more than once every 30 minutes (can be changed in the config file).
- All Minecraft mobs and The Shopkeeper remain neutral.
- Upon joining a side, the player will be added to the corresponding team and the color of his nickname will change.
- Intelligence attribute has been reworked:
- New variables have been added: Mana, Maximum Mana, Mana Regeneration. Each point of Intelligence gives +6 to Maximum Mana and +0.025 to Mana Regeneration.
- Intelligence no longer affects the amount of experience a player receives.
- All items that give Strength, Agility, Intelligence, Health, and Attack Speed have been rebalanced. The bonuses of these items have been halved.
- The limits for the attributes of Strength, Agility, and Intelligence have been removed. Trying to limit them caused too many problems, and solving these problems caused even more problems. :(
- Number of item slots (Curios) decreased from 6 to 4.

Dota 2 just got a major update - patch 7.38, its balance changes are being implemented in Dota Mod.
In 2.3.1 update:
- 1 new item - Orb of Frost:
- Equipment, costs 250 gold.
- Works like Eye of Skadi, but significantly weaker.
- Battle Fury:
- Now requires the second Broadsword to craft instead of Claymore.
- Recipe cost increased from 450 to 600.
- Total cost decreased from 4100 to 3900.
- Attack damage decreased from 20.25 to 16.5.
- (Bauble) Attack damage bonus decreased from 6.75 to 5.5.
- Eye of Skadi:
- Now also requires Orb of Frost to craft.
- Recipe cost decreased from 1300 to 1050 (Total cost unchanged).
- Cold Attack: effect will not stack with Frost from Orb of Frost and will have higher priority (similar to Orb of Blight and Desolator). Dota 2 does not have this, but I think it is necessary.
- Cold Attack: enabled effect particles.
- Orb of Blight:
- Renamed from Blight Stone to Orb of Blight.
- Lesser Corruption: duration decreased from 6 to 3 seconds.

In the 2.3 update:
Attention! Due to some changes of this update, all gold in your existing worlds will be reset, it is recommended to remember your gold count in case you don't want to lose it.
Also, the attribute overlay may switch to "not showing" state, don't worry, you can turn it back on.
