- shulker entity not scaled
- shulker entity head visible (vanilla bug)

Known issues from backporting:
- invisible shulker entity's head is still visible (this is a bug in vanilla minecraft that is fixed in later releases)
- Shulker entity hitbox is large and gets in the way of reviving sometimes
Recompiled for 1.21.10 with all fixes and optimizations up to 0.4.2
- bleedout timer persists after logging out to stop players from relogging to extend time
- fix hopping when crawling
