Datapack Installer

Datapack Installer is a Minecraft client mod for Fabric that allows you to put your data packs in a folder and be able to apply them at world creation without copying them to the generated temporary folder or the world folder. By putting your data packs in the installed_datapacks folder, they will be automatically copied to the temporary folder for you when creating a world, so you can choose which of your data packs you want to apply. The mod also works with both compressed (zip) and uncompressed (folder) data packs, so you won't have to worry about compressing or decompressing them to get them to work with the mod.
