Ducky Dash 🦆⚡

Ducky Dash is a server-side Fabric mod that adds two new movement abilities using normal Minecraft controls. Players do not need the mod installed on their client.

🪶 Feather Dash

Eat a feather to gain Dash Power for 60 seconds. While active, press your normal Use/Place button to dash in the direction you're looking.

• About 10 blocks per dash
• 5 second cooldown
• Works on the ground, in the air, and while using Elytra
• Can damage and knock back mobs or players
• Shields greatly reduce the knockback

💨 Wind Jumps

Crouch + Use a Wind Charge to store it as a Wind Jump.

Jump normally, release Jump, then press Jump again while airborne to use one.

• Store up to 5 by default
• Use multiple Wind Jumps in one airtime
• 30 second refill cooldown after using your last jump
• Wind-Jump flights are protected from fall damage

⚙️ Configurable

Ducky Dash includes configuration files so server owners can customize values such as:

• Dash distance
• Dash Power duration
• Dash cooldown
• Maximum stored Wind Jumps
• Wind Jump refill cooldown
• Wind Jump strength

The generated config includes descriptions explaining what each option does, along with its allowed range and default value.

🖥️ Server-Side Only

Only the Fabric server needs Ducky Dash installed. Java players can join without the mod installed.

Ducky Dash uses vanilla controls and is designed to work well with Geyser/Bedrock crossplay.

📦 Modpacks

Feel free to include Ducky Dash in any modpack you want.

Public, private, personal, or server modpacks are all welcome. No permission is needed.
