1. Ducks should now spawn less often in biomes.
2. They also drop eggs less often now too and randomly the first time.
3. Also fixed achievements.

I have implemented a working config for my other plugin which i will reuse in this mod in future updates. Configurable ducks are almost here

type /reload or restart your server for changes to take effect after installing. If ducks were already installed, u need to kill them in loaded chunks for new rates to take effect.
