Changed the Concrete block to drop Cracked Concrete, to encourage players to harden it where they intend to put it
Updated the blocks' appearances on maps, and added a feature where the player can right-click on concrete with paper (representing sandpaper) to polish the block.
Updated the concrete powder recipe to be shapeless
Added new plain concrete variant as well as polished and cracked versions
