Bring Dynamic Trees support to the Pale Oak tree added by VanillaBackport.

This addon integrates VanillaBackport's Pale Oak with Dynamic Trees, allowing it to behave just like a native Dynamic Trees species. Instead of using the standard vanilla tree system, Pale Oak will grow, branch, and interact with the world using Dynamic Trees' mechanics while preserving the gameplay experience intended by VanillaBackport.
