Enchancement

Version 26.1-r15:

• bouncy no longer bounces if you were hurt in the last second (fall damage is still negated)
• fire caused by enchantments now hits through fire resistance at a slower rate
• frostbite now has less of a slowdown
• torch now deals less damage but is fired much faster
• beheading now deals more damage with headshots
• fix https://github.com/MoriyaShiine/enchancement/issues/305
• fix https://github.com/MoriyaShiine/enchancement/issues/307
• fix a lot of things with frostbite
• fix scatter and torch not rendering or playing sounds properly on non-player mobs
