EnchantPreview

EnchantPreview reveals the complete, server-verified enchantment result for every option in the vanilla enchanting table before you spend experience or lapis lazuli.

Hover an available enchantment option to see every enchantment and level that will be applied. The preview is generated from the same vanilla enchantment logic used by the server, so it does not alter enchanting probabilities, bookshelf power, item behavior, experience costs, lapis costs, or any other balance mechanics.

Requirements

• Minecraft 26.2
• Fabric Loader 0.19.3 or newer
• Fabric API for Minecraft 26.2
• Java 25 or newer

Installation

Place the EnchantPreview JAR and Fabric API JAR in your mods folder.

For singleplayer, installing the mod once is enough because the integrated server runs with the same installation.

For multiplayer, EnchantPreview must be installed on both the client and the server. This is required so the server can send the exact enchantment results it will apply.

Easy Magic Compatibility

EnchantPreview supports Easy Magic 26.2.0 on Fabric. When Easy Magic replaces the vanilla enchanting interface, EnchantPreview continues to display the complete server-verified enchantment list in its option tooltips.

Notes

EnchantPreview is an information-only mod. It never changes enchantment outcomes or allows players to choose enchantments. It simply makes the result of each existing enchanting-table option visible before it is selected.
