Encumbered

This is a server-side mod that gives you the slowness-effect depending on how full your inventory is. If you have 24 item stacks in your inventory, you will become encumbered and gain the slowness effect. If you have 30 item stacks in your inventory, you'll become heavily encumbered and get the slowness effect on level II.

Note

Due to a clause in my employment contract, I'm unable to work on this without the rights to it falling to my employer. Since my employer pays me little more than minimum wage, I do not want that. Therefore, I will only continue working on this after this contract has ended.
