Enderite Reborn

Enderite Reborn differs form the usual "enderite" concept as it add multiple stages of armour, a way to survive from starting in the End dimension, a multitude of decorative blocks, an alternative food for end travelers and a brand new wood type. As of v0.4.2, the Material Cutter table and Obsidian Cutter tool now have recipes and uses, and many items now have unique recipes for the Create mod (v6.0+), creating compatability between the two mods.
