Fixed bug when you can withdraw more money then you have.

Remade ATM GUI.
Fixed issue where you can't take out money from atm.

• Pay command ( /pay [player] [amount] )
• Added card item (when r-clicked tells how much money you have in your bank account).
• Added ATM block (when r-clicked while having card in your inventory opens GUI where you can deposit and withdraw money from bank account).
• Admin set money command ( /setmoney [player] [amount] )
• Admin + mod developer command ( /resetadvancementvalue [player] )
• Added card recipe.
