Fixes:
- Fixed teleportation between dimensions
- Warpstone will now teleport outside of the exit warpstone attract radius
- Warpstones now correctly discharge when used
Changes:
- Decreased warpstone attract radius from 6 to 3
Known bugs:
- Random warps in end dimension will most likely kill the player, need to add more safe checks for valid target location.
- Random warps in nether are always teleporting to the roof
