ErNews turns server news into a written Minecraft book. Admins write a news entry directly in a book and publish it by pressing "Done" — players then receive it as a beautiful written book with full MiniMessage support (gradients, colors, clickable links). Older versions automatically move into a paginated GUI archive.
Why ErNews?
- Write news in a book, not a config.
/ernews create <version> [title]hands you a writable book; press "Done" and it's live. - Players read it automatically. New players and anyone with unread news get the book once on join — no commands needed.
- Full MiniMessage. Gradients, colors, hover text and clickable links (
open_url,run_command,suggest_command) right inside the news. - GUI archive.
/news oldopens a paginated chest menu of every past version, readable at any time. - PlaceholderAPI ready.
%ernews_version%,%ernews_title%,%ernews_count%,%ernews_archive_count%. - Optional rewards for reading via Vault or PlayerPoints (off by default).
- Everything configurable in
config.yml— messages, auto-show delay, sounds, rewards.
