Reorganized the config. This might break already installed mods! It shouldn't but might.

Also redid the configs and change a bunch of them to be actually off. Forgot to turn them around in-dev. lol.

Hotfix for a crash
Added a way to remove XP from the game and remove the XP bar. It also supports appleskin by default.
- added a way to damage the player if they have an item with the tag "#c:will_burn_players" on the item.
- Added a toggle to enable totems or any item with the "c:death_preventables" tag. Disabling it also stops the tag from working. Should work with any mod that adds curio support as-well (untested)
