- added new first person gauntlet render event
- added new shield material use tick function for each material
- shield crafting now uses crafting item a default with repair as backup
- made crafting item separate from repair item with the fallback of repair item when generating recipes
- modified MaterialConfig to replace repair items by default
- rearranged Gauntlet rendering in first person on hand to better allow for new gauntlet models
- fixed attribute stacking bug causing agility attributes to grow over and over
- fixed gauntlet trim render issue
