- Added Pylon staff: Allows you to place 3 warp positions to teleport to
- Added Warp staff: Allows you to place 2 global warp positions which are accesible to every player on the server

- Whenever a player uses the phantom staff to teleport to another player, the other player is asked to accept the teleport first.
- Using the phantom staff now costs 1 experience level
- The phantom staff is now properly displayed in the player's hands
