Balancing

- All harmful Sword-Effects now last twice as long (except Ice)
- Effects of Titan-Arrows now last twice as long
- Nerfed Ice-Sword-Effect so it no longer causes damage ticks
- Nerfed Ice-Effect to slow 35% less
- Nightmare Sword with Regeneration Pact now grants only Regeneration I but twice as long
- Nightmare Sword with Swiftness Pact now grants Speed III instead of II
- Increased the view distance limitation of the Darkness effect, so one would see less
- Buffed the Weakness-Effect from -1 Attack Damage to -1.25 Attack Damage
- Nerfed Strength Effect from +1.5 to +1.25
- Mending Effect now takes longer to regenerate durability, but also lasts longer
- Fire Swords now also have a chance to apply the Flammable Effect
