Removed Fabric API dependency (Never used) and added versions above 1.17 as valid versions. It has always worked; the version file just wouldn't let you. Thanks for showing support for this mod, so this is my gift to you! If you encounter any bugs, I would be happy to know about it! Happy gaming :)
[BUG_FIX] Fixed dispensers not being able to fill water bottles from water source block. Total rewrite of mod to make it more efficient and easier to maintain.
[BUG_FIX] If cauldron wasn't full, then the dispenser couldn't fill it up with a bucket.
