Fix client startup crash on forge
Fix Elegant Reaper Scythe not accepting hoe enchants in the anvil
- Elegant Reaper Scythe can now accept Hoe enchants in addition to sword enchants
- Fix some issues with the Ankh Shield, particularly a ConcurrentModificationException on servers
- Ankh Shield no longer extinguishes you
