This mod brings back the FarLands and removes the World Border entirely, allowing you to essentially go as far as you want. This mod fixes many bugs and crashes that occur at very high distances, but weird things still occur when going over certain values in distance.

Use this mod at your own risk! I have personally ventured up to around 2 trillion blocks from spawn (2.000.000.000.000 blocks).

The milestones you can reach are as follows:

  • The FarLands start at 12.550.821.
  • At 33.554.432 blocks mobs sometimes start behaving weird. If the mod is used server-side only lighting also stops working here.
  • At 2.147.483.647 (32-bit integer limit) you can no longer interact with anything.
  • At 9.223.372.036.854.775.807 (64-bit integer limit) is the maximum value you could possibly reach where everything would break down. I have not yet reached this value without crashing.
