a mod aiming at expanding and padding out vanilla's content to give a truly full adventuring experience without subtracting from vanilla design principles.
made with love by ENNWAY!
presently, FARWORLD adds a few things, listed below:
the Allsaw, a multitool found in the depths of the stronghold - unable to mine most ores but capable of excavating most fodder blocks. right clicking using the Allsaw will switch to precision mode, which enables silk touch at the cost of losing some mining speed.
the Allsaw allows players to more efficiently terraform for building projects without needing to dedicate as many hotbar slots to their tools, allowing for more convenience when building with large block palettes.
the Bloomed, a new passive spider variant with a flower on its abdomen that can be tamed using potatoes. taming one will earn you the trust of other arthropods, making them neutral! (except endermites, they're jerks.)
they can also be sheared for their flower, which can be grown back using bone meal or replaced by planting a different flower instead, making them a great consistent source for dyes!
a new smithing-based tool tier, Soul Steel, with a template obtainable in Bastion Remnants.
you can obtain Soul Steel Ingots using iron, nether quartz, and soul sand at a crafting table in a similar fashion to Netherite.
it exists as a diamond side-grade with higher tool reach and the highest knockback resistance in the game, with a full set putting you at 100% knockback immunity - at the cost of lower base armor protection and less tool durability.
blocks of Soul Steel can also produce golems when placed in a lowercase "r" shape with a Shroomlight on top! feed them coal by right click, and they will fight nearby mobs by smashing the ground.
the Soul Steel Golem will even handle its own upkeep by picking up dropped coal!
the Wishbone, a fragile new trinket you can find in various overworld structures. it can be used to teleport to your spawn point - but beware, once you have used it, it will break!
it can be repaired using an experience bottle, or enchanted with Mending - and with a new enchantment, Attunement, can also be locked onto any Lodestone in your world!
FARWORLD also makes a few miscellaneous noteworthy additions that don't require as much explanation:
birch trees will now drop pears, which can be made into Mystic Pears using lapis lazuli, granting you with increased haste and speed.
cherry trees will drop cherries, a quick snack which can be eaten even at full hunger and grants healing, but only stacks up to 16.
a new mushroom has been added to dark oak forests, the Gloomcap - which drops Gloomspores to be used at a brewing stand to make potions of paralysis! these potions contain fast-acting venom that renders you (or enemies splashed with it) immobile for a very short period.
