Copper Kettle rendering Fat over a campfire
A copper kettle (new item) is placed on top of a campfire, heating the contents of the kettle. The Animal Fat (new item, drop from some animals) is rendered into Oil (new item). Also seen is a Bronze Lantern (new item).
Torches burn out
The closest torch is burnt out.
New items and blocks - Bronze!
Bronze, Brass, Zinc, and Tin nuggets/ingots/blocks are added. Also, Bronze tools, weapons, and armor are also added.

A Copper Kettle collecting Oil from a Composter
When Composters eject Bone Meal they also drop a unit of Oil which can be collected in Cauldrons and Copper Kettles (new block).
Lantern Storage
All Lanterns now require fuel to light up. They have one slot that can accept up to 16 items. Glass Bottles drop when their contents are used up, and the glass bottles persist.

Glass Bottles persist when dropped. This shows at least 9 days have passed since Oil lasts 3 days in a Lantern.
Firebugs rejoice!
When you place a regular torch on something flammable, it will ignite quickly. Trees (and other things) will burn up.
Pillager Outpost burning
Interesting tactic: burn the pillager base. The chest is still there after it got burned (mostly) down.
