Boring Details

Upon loading a chunk for the first time, torches get replaced by flimsy torches (1% chance for a torch to not change)
Regular torches can be crafted using Flimsy Torch and Magma Cream
Soul torches can be crafted using Soul Sand/Soil and Torch (Regular)
Candles, Campfires and Waxed Torches that last longer planned for a future version ;<;

Villager torch behavior's been added, allowing villagers to replace torches as they burn out:

Villagers will occasionally look for nearby torches to replace
Burnt Out torches are prioritized first, followed by Smoldering ones
Through the config, you can adjust the frequency and which grades of torches get replaced
