Changelog

tweaked frisbee physics: less speed and less gravity so it's easier to catch and goes further
frisbee can be picked up even outside of creative. no more waiting for despawns to pick them up!
when retrieving, only checks if the target is sneaking if said target is a player. other entities need only have a frisbee in their head slot
made it easier to ride the frisbees... but also harder in other ways (no longer reliant on where the entity is facing, but generally needs the frisbee to be lower on the player's body)
frisbee throwers don't have to be in creative mode anymore for entities to catch the frisbees and put it in their inventory
hopefully no more frisbee disappearing!
frisbees are now properly dispensed from dispensers
altered frisbee models to have less z-fighting issues
