Fixed the fabric.mod.json to have the right version
This includes almost everything that will be in the v1.0.0 release. Just missing the player tracker. I will also try to convert the PvP timer from an imbedded datapack to the mod part for more control and ease of use.
Both owo and sgui are embedded. Some config items currently do nothing.
