FramePace

FramePace is an extremely simple, 1 mixin mod for Fabric and NeoForge. It fixes a new performance regression in 26.2 where the game has horrible frame pacing when the Nvidia or Intel GPU is under heavy load.
This is mostly visible with shaders and only happens on OpenGL.

Integrated into Sodium since version 0.9.2
