Overhauled Enchanting
Enchantments now appear as "locked" in the enchantment table, until it's corresponding enchanted book is placed in a nearby Chiseled Bookshelf. Amethyst replaces lapis as the enchanting fuel. The position of the Chiseled Bookshelves is no longer strict. By deafult, a 20x20x20 radius around the table, allowing for much more creative library building. Regular bookshelves no longer affect enchanting, but can still look great in your new library :-)
Currently adds 7 new enchantments
Displace (Pickaxe): Breaks stone type blocks in a 3x3 area. Excludes ores. Teleports targets randomly on hit.
Skates (Boots): Increases velocity and slipperiness on ice. Turns water to ice when in a radius around the user.
Requite (Axe): Restores users health relative to targets max health upon kill. less effective on non-player entitys.
Chamber (Crossbow): Instantly reloads crossbow on hit. Manual reload time greatly increased.
Slap (Shovel): Greatly increased knockback
Shriek (Goat Horn): Lets out a sonically-charged shriek. Spreads skulk on kill.
War Cry (Goat Horn): Grants effects to nearby entities depending on the horn song.

FAQ (no one has ever asked these)
Q: Why amethyst? A: amethyst feels like a much more magical material, with more slightly more interesting acquisition mechanics.
Q: why make the player unlock the enchantments? A: personally, having all the enchantments immediately unlocked using Enchancement always felt weird, and while the repair material cost helped delay progress, it felt out of place and made me never want to enchant diamond gear. i also like exploring, but have found there is never any loot actually worth finding. additionally, finding different books in different worlds will make players try out different enchantments/playstyles they usually wouldnt consider.
