Updated to StationAPI 5.2 and made it the minimum instead of the required.

Forgot to release 1.0.3, but here's 1.0.4 which fixes server desync when using doMobGriefing=false
- Fixed compatibility issues involving @REDIRECT mixins
- Fixed an issue where the day time was not saving properly
- Fixed being unable to set the time through mods or a bed
- Fixed an issue with doDaylightCycle=false breaking scheduled block updates such as redstone and falling blocks
- Defined StationAPI as a dependency
