Forced player team color to always be white for better visibility.

Changelog

Improvements:

• Added a new list sub-command to display all players currently on the glowing list.
• When adding players to the glowing list, you will no longer see yourself or players who are already on the list.
• When removing players from the glowing list, it now only shows players on the list (instead of everyone on the server).
• Tab completion now works properly when adding or removing players from the glowing list.
• You can now add or remove players from the glowing list even if they are not in your server. Bear in mind that you cannot use tab completion for these players, you must type their username manually.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue that caused the game to lag when adding or removing players from the glowing list.
