Grass Pinger dosnt support 1.21.2-4 anymore

I accidentally built the project with JDK 21, but Minecraft requires JDK 17. I only noticed it now, that's why it took so long

- Fixed a bug where the current GrassPinger toggle state was not saved after restarting.
- Fixed a bug where the pingDebug command counted every individual message instead of each cycle.

- Fixed the delay issue with the Google ping. The ping now also uses the command line for faster response times.
- Updated the pingDebug command to accept a pingDebug-count parameter, which defines how many times the ping will display in the console.
